However, if you’ve received an incorrect or damaged product, we’re here to help. Please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery at support@ellyin.com, along with your order ID and clear photos of the item received. Our team will review the case and assist you with the next steps.

Please note: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, as every set is custom-prepared based on your selected size and style.
